Ismabad Kingdom Brunel was an engineer. He built the famous Great Western Railway in Victorian England. Brunel was a great engineer; however, he was not interested exclusively in mastering the technological dimension of his creations. He was designing and building the Great Western Railway focusing on creating the “sensation of fly” for the passengers. In all his creations, Brunel exposed his remarkable talent because he outstandingly put the technological considerations in line with the human and commercial approaches. Today, more than anytime in the history, a pure technological perspective on innovation has no sustainability; everything must be connected to human sensibilities, needs and emotions. This is the design thinking.
