Being part and coordinating teams of students undertaking local and national projects aimed at students, with the objective of bringing closer to them the practices in companies, to contribute to their training as future professionals.

Sales

Attracting professionals and companies as partners for projects that were to be undertaken.

Recruiting

Collecting and screening resumes and applications for certain events (seminars, workshops and conferences) under certain guidelines. Holding individual and group interviews towards recruiting the most suited students for the event.

Organizing events

Specific project management activities towards organizing conferences, seminars or workshops aimed at students, with speakers and trainers from local and multinational companies, as well as the public education system.

Training

In the student organizations I was part of, as well as companies I worked in, I had the honor of working with very skilled and dedicated people. I also attended seminars, workshops and trainings. Work experience and trainings lead me to hold trainings in work environments I was part of in order to exchange and transmit knowledge.

I held Project Management and Sales Trainings in BISMUN, ISB – International School of Bucharest and Enterprise Concept.
