Position: Project Manager, lead consultant.
Project Scope: Developed a Business Intelligence Solution for Financial Reporting that meets complex accounting requirements like local, global, management, legal, statutory and tax and servers also as Budgeting Instrument.
Main tasks: Initial analysis, create and develop the application model according with user’s requirements, load data, write technical documentation, manage the reports’ design, testing, training and business user documentation. Manage the main project restrictions and the relation with the project sponsor and IT client team.
