BPM Applications: BPM open source applications e.g. Intalio, Bonita. The objective consists of application integration without supplementary programming efforts, low-costs for companies which need to create / optimize their processes, as well as getting the BPM concept in Romania to maturity.

I succeeded in becoming a good technical Project Manager, given my interest in continuous skills and abilities' development, as well as through proven abilities in decision making, coordination, communication, analysis, organizing, optimizing, applying several methodologies and/or initiating and implementing new ideas in order to get the projects on time and in budget. I have equally developed Training skills and held training sessions as I consider communication to be one of the most important aspects in every activity.

I define myself a senior Consultant with a wide knowledge of these subject matters, being able to provide change management assistance, development of coaching skills, technology implementation, strategy development and operational improvement services.
