By participating at a BPM workshop, using TIBCOs’ BMP solution – iProcess, I have understood the concept of business process management and the steps required to deploy such a solution. Throughout the workshop I have learned both the technical and business part of a BPM Project. The course also consolidated my knowledge of BMPN and the standards it implies.

The BPM Academy courses I have attended at the TIBCO Academy Program have fortified my skills in the TIBCO iProcess engine administration and I have enriched my abilities of designing process flows using TIBCO Business Studio.

I eagerly started developing my business reporting skills by working on implementing reports for GVA Asco Properties using Crystal Reports. I consider reporting to be an essential skill that every consultant should have because it enables the objective analysis of information regarding different departments of a company (ex: financial, IT, HR etc.).  Providing business reports gives the customer an important analysis tool.
