It seems that European CIOs are rather apprehensive when it comes to migrating to the cloud according to a study released by analyst firm 451 Group. The results of the study confirm that 57 per cent of the investments in cloud computing originate from American business’ while Europe accounts for 31 per cent and India for roughly 12 per cent of the total spend.
